I employ a special ability to prepare myself for every difficulty life may me.

Entrepreneurs are courageous warriors, they learn and grow while on the go, they pay attention to their environments, their surroundings, and their surroundings, and they are patient.

Success and failure are ideas that have been ingrained in us over the years; realizing that the “journey” is a never-ending learning process will help us appreciate ourselves and our accomplishments more fully as time goes on.

One of our objectives as entrepreneurs is to develop into knowledgeable businesspeople, people who can use their judgment properly while also paying attention to their intuition.

am a serial social entrepreneur with extensive experience in establishing companies, building teams, raising funds, thinking and global positioning.

Throughout my career, I have incorporated social action into my life. Today, I spend the most of my time organizing and guiding a worldwide project that will be launched in Israel. a project that I started with my coworkers from ClickNow.app with the aim of reducing psychological and physical violence by fusing technology and education. Together, my team and I am dedicated to bringing about a shift in adults’ and teenagers’ perspectives on personal growth, confidence building, and self-management that will enable us to manage our lives more effectively and constantly strive for better.

Because entrepreneurship resides in each and every one of us, I now teach value business entrepreneurial thinking to everyone.

I was aware that I was up against a hurdle when I found myself standing deep inside a frozen lake in the middle of Finland’s winter and competing against other entrepreneurs who gave speeches to investors inside a frozen lake!

I spent weeks preparing for this moment by acclimating my body to the new temperatures with ice baths and cold showers. I had never experienced anything like the intensity of the ice before, especially as an Israeli who is more accustomed to intense heat than bitter cold. But self-control is nothing new to me.

People in Israel frequently cite military service as the secret to their success. However, this training began much earlier for me. I practiced as a long jumper every day when I was a little child, dreaming of competing in the Olympics. I was accustomed to pushing my body to the limit. At the age of 16, I competed in the Israeli long jump championship.

In my opinion, overcoming an athletic challenge on a frozen lake would be similar to any other.

With the right physical preparation (ice baths) and psychological acclimatization, I could look forward, forget the cold, and feel as though I were in my living room.

Amazingly, it also succeeded!

However, my background in sports has been so much more beneficial to me than just winning a competition on a frozen lake. This served as important training for life as a startup.

Put focus and self-control into practice.

I trained myself to “turn off the noise” and concentrate on my objectives, much like I was able to stand in that frigid lake and not “feel” the cold—or at least not let it influence me. When I worked out as an athlete, it was the same. My mental concentration and mental attitude were just as important to the outcome as my physical condition.

Keeping the project secure

Simply “positioning yourself high” can boost your confidence. This is crucial, in my opinion, because being an entrepreneur means that you encounter many “no’s” and rejections on a regular basis.Ignoring my inner critic, yet the secret lies in confidence, even if it’s only an illusion.” If you don’t believe in yourself, why should anyone else invest in you?

own initiative

I worked alone for the first few years of the business, and I think that you should trust yourself most of all.

When you fail, you spend a lot of time by yourself. Few approach those who are unsuccessful. However, if you have a strong mind, you won’t let it influence you and will have the stamina to carry on.

Self-reliance does not preclude seeking advice from others or attempting to form a team. I actually have a number of mentors who help us make sound strategic judgments. They performed a similar function to my coaches throughout my formative sporting years.

One of the biggest travel businesses in the world, BCD Holdings, purchased easytobook.com from us in 2011. We had 80 people and a 100 million euro annual revenue at that time.
