Any address in the masculine language of course refers to both sexes. The use of the masculine gender in the regulations is for convenience only. What is said in the singular is also plural in meaning, and vice versa. The titles are for convenience only and no other meaning should be attributed to them.

The use of the website and its contents is subject to the provisions of these regulations. The regulation must be read carefully in its entirety, as using the services, information or viewing the content presented on the website, and/or any action, constitute consent to all clauses of the regulation.

Please read these regulations carefully from time to time, as changes may apply to it to adapt to changes on the site, changes in the site’s laws or changes in general law. If a change is made to the terms of use document, an update will be sent to the user.

The company is entitled to change and update the content of the site at any time at its discretion, and will do its best to notify its users in advance.

There are specific courses that the company allocates a limited number of places to participants and there are courses without a limit of participants, the above information appears on the website when purchasing the course. If there is a high demand of people registering for the course, the company will consider opening additional courses.

There may be unexpected changes in the meeting notices due to malfunctions (such as an unusual event or illness)

A notification of any change will be sent to registrants.

The content on the site

The site offers study and training content, and also allows you to participate in classes via the Internet. For the purpose of the above, the website offers lesson plans, practice files, tutorials, presentations, texts, images, illustrations, audio files and additional information below: “Contents”

Course participants – will not transfer, duplicate, copy or deliver the content they received during the course

There is the right to hold promotions and discounts for the various courses

Purchases on the website by an adult of 18 years of age or older (a minor who performs actions will be considered a minor who has received the permission of his parents/guardians to make the purchase), who has a valid Israeli credit card (or who has another payment method acceptable to the company), and who has an online e-mail address (whose address will be provided at the time making an order/purchase on the website) and has a residential address

There are specific courses in which the sixth session “demo day” is face-to-face (the information is displayed on the website according to the course) as part of the course we will film the students’ final presentations and their presentations will be published on the networks, unless there was a request from the participant in an email not to publish or film it. This request will be submitted in writing/by email ahead of time.

Cancellation conditions: The customer may cancel the course 7 days after ordering and receive the entire amount in full. After seven days from the date of the order no credit will be given.
